ENGINEERING DESIGN CAMP
This challenging hands-on experience explores multiple engineering disciplines and implements the Engineering Design Process. Campers learn about resiliency and understanding that great engineers learn from failure. Campers get to see the world as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineers do as they solve real world problems through intriguing STARBASE missions and simulations. This FREE camp is designed for children ages 9-12.
SPHERO ROBOTICS CAMP
This exciting hands-on minds-on camp introduces campers to robotic applications using the Sphero Bolt robot. They will explore coding basics while investigating robots’ behavior and control elements. Campers will program Sphero Bolt to complete various STARBASE missions using computational thinking and experimental problem solving. This FREE camp is designed for children ages 9-13.
STARBASE REALITY CAMP
This camp explores up and coming technology such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) while introducing robotics and Computer Science applications as campers complete challenging STARBASE missions. Campers will build a LEGO robot and learn code to program it to complete problem solving expeditions. Campers will gain hands-on experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD), 3D printing and data collection. This FREE Camp is designed for children ages 10-13.
COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN CAD 3D PRINTING CAMP
This camp introduces campers to the exciting world of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 3D Printing, allowing them to bring their creative ideas to life. Campers will learn how to design and model 3D objects using industry-standard software while exploring the fundamentals of digital fabrication. Through hands-on projects, they will gain experience in problem-solving, precision design, and rapid prototyping. This FREE camp is designed for students ages 11-13.
